What is Organic?
Organic foods are made according to certain production standards. During organic production, the use of conventional non-organic pesticides, insecticides and herbicides are restricted. Organic foods are free of artificial food additives and are processed using few (if any) artificial methods, materials or conditions. Organic foods do not undergo chemical ripening or food irradiation, and they do not contain genetically modified ingredients. What is Pharmaceutical Grade?
The product must be in excess of 99% pure with no binders, fillers, dyes or unknown substances.

As an example: Lets say you have a normal headache and take an Excedrin (an "over the counter" medication) to relieve the pain. Within 40-45 minutes, your headache will subside. This happens because the ingredients needed to treat your headache are included in each pill. The FDA made sure of this with their testing. If another headache company did not want to put their product to same level of testing as Excedrin, they could not receive that "over the counter grade." However, they could still claim all the ingredients of Excedrin and boast that their product will cure your headache faster than any drug. This would likely be false, which you would realize as your headache persisted.
